SuzAnna will begin her Post-Doctoral Psychology Fellowship at a neuropsychological treatment center in Idaho in September of this year. Her fellowship year will focus on treating individuals on the Autism Spectrum who have experienced trauma. Much of SuzAnna’s predoctoral training focused on providing Psychological Assessment and Psychotherapy to individuals on the Autism Spectrum. Prior to pursuing doctoral study, Suzanna specialized in counseling individuals with histories of trauma. The intersection of Trauma and Autism Spectrum is of special interest to Suzanna and is an area with which she plans to engage in research. The research opportunities provided by the URLEND program were a big draw for SuzAnna.

SuzAnna grew up in Idaho and spent her early adulthood living in locations across the United States and Europe with her Active Duty spouse. She is happy to return to Idaho, where she can live near her extended family. In her free time, Suzanna likes to travel, to kayak, and is learning how to golf. A recent highlight of Suzanna’s life was getting to swim with the Manatees.
