Hailee Hill, Healthcare Administration

Hailee grew up in a small town in Wyoming and later moved to Utah to attend Utah Valley University for college. During her time there, she met her husband, Carter, and they have now been married for three years. They are proud owners of a golden retriever named Maggie. Hailee and Carter share a love for outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and camping, as well as watching movies and spending quality time with their friends and family.
Currently, Hailee is pursuing a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration at the University of Utah, with her graduation expected in May of 2024. She works as an Administrative Assistant in the System Planning Department at the University of Utah Health. Her responsibilities involve supporting various offices, including Space Planning, Strategy, and Operational Project Management. Hailee's passion for healthcare extends to different areas, such as population health, pediatrics, and community health. She aspires to make healthcare more accessible and affordable for everyone in her community. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, Hailee saw URLEND as a valuable opportunity to expand her knowledge and contribute to improving services for children with disabilities and her community as a whole.
