Rylee Kiernan, Special Education

Rylee Kiernan is a PhD student at the University of Idaho. She is a Special Education Teacher in her hometown of Ogden, Utah. Rylee loves to spend time reading, snowboarding, and outside with her husband and dogs. She is looking forward to the URLEND program to expand her knowledge and connections with other individuals who work with people with disabilities.
